TERMS OF USE FOR ALL USERS

Interpretation:

In these Terms of Service:
● We refer to our mobile application as “Sonik”, even when accessed through a mobile device
device or web browser.
● References to “we”, “our” or “us” are references to Sonik, S.A.S., the operator of Sonic.
● “Content” refers to any material uploaded to Sonic by any user, including the event
information, inputs, text, metadata, images and any other material of any kind.
● “Event Organizer” refers to a user who created an event on Sonic.
● By “attendee” we mean a user who has a ticket or has registered for an event created by a
Event organizer in Sonik.
● “User” means any user of Sonic, whether you're an event organizer, an attendee, or both
(also referred to as “you” or “your”).

Sonik, S.A.S. operates Sonik. We are a corporation registered in Colombia, with our company
office located in Medellín, Colombia.

Changes to the terms of service:

We may change any part of the Terms of Service under the following circumstances:
● To reflect changes in laws and regulatory requirements that apply to Sonik and its
services.
● To address imminent legal or security issues, including protecting Sonik or its users
of fraud, data breaches or other cybersecurity risks.
We may also make changes to any part of the Terms of Service and will provide you with
reasonable notice of such changes by email or through the Sonik app. Once it has been updated

Account Registration:

To use Sonik, you must first register and create a user account. You must provide a valid email address

● You should not be banned from accessing our platform under any law that applies to you.

When you sign up for and use Sonik, you make the following commitments:

messages posted to your account.
● You'll keep your account details confidential and secure, and you'll notify us
immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
● You are responsible for all of your account activity, even if it occurs without your
permission.

Suspension or cancellation of your account:

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account for any reason, even if:
● Violate these Terms of Service or any part of our Acceptable Use Policy.
● Engage in actions that harm the reputation of Sonik or its users.
If your account is canceled, we may delete any content associated with your account. You will
you no longer have access to your content and there is no possibility to recover it after the account
termination.

Content ownership and licenses:

You confirm that you are the owner of all intellectual property rights in the content you upload to Sonik, or
you have obtained the necessary rights to grant us a license for use. This includes the right to
play, show and distribute your content.
The license you grant us is perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free and sub-licensable.
This means that, even after you stop using Sonik, we can continue to use your content as
necessary for the operation of our services.

Intellectual Property Rights — Comments:

You can submit comments or suggestions related to Sonik. Any comment you provide to us is not
confidential, and we are free to use it without restrictions.

Our Responsibilities:

We will use reasonable care and skill to provide Sonik, but we are not responsible for

● The accuracy of any content uploaded by users, including event organizers or
Attendees.
● Service interruptions, Internet availability, or errors in your device's connection
to Sonik.
● The actions of other users or third parties who may access or misuse your content.

Termination of services:

You can delete your account at any time by contacting support@sonik.fm. Once your account
is deleted, you will no longer have access to your content or active subscriptions or
tickets will be canceled.
We reserve the right to investigate any misuse of the platform and to cooperate with the law.

Limitation of liability:

We and our subsidiaries, employees and agents will not be responsible for any loss of profits or business
interruption or damage resulting from the use of Sonik. Our total responsibility for any claims that arise
outside of or related to your agreement with us is limited to the total fees you have paid us.

Applicable law:

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any related dispute or claim
your agreement with us must be brought before the courts of Colombia.
